Last updated: September 29, 2026
Huge Paper Inc. is committed to providing accessible information and services to people with disabilities. We aim to make HugePaper.com usable by as many people as possible and to serve our customers in ways that respect dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
We are committed to identifying and addressing accessibility barriers and meeting our applicable obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), its accessibility standards and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Website Accessibility
Our accessibility target for HugePaper.com is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA.
Our priorities include clear navigation, readable text, sufficient colour contrast, meaningful headings and links, keyboard access and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Changes to website content, embedded services, browsers and assistive technologies can affect the experience. We welcome feedback that helps us identify and address barriers.
Product Information and Documents
We want customers to be able to access information about our products, materials and services.
If you have difficulty accessing a product listing, specification sheet, downloadable document, image or other website content, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information in an accessible format or through an appropriate communication support.
Where information originates from a manufacturer or another supplier, we will work with you and, where appropriate, the supplier to find an accessible way to communicate the information you need.
Ask Hugo AI Assistant
HugePaper.com includes Ask Hugo, an AI-powered chat assistant. A separate full-page version is available at askHugo.ca.
Interactive chat features may present barriers for some visitors. If you have difficulty opening the assistant, navigating its controls, entering a message or accessing its responses, please let us know.
You do not need to use the chatbot to obtain product information or assistance. You can contact Huge Paper directly by email or telephone, and we will work with you to identify an appropriate way to help.
Where a reported barrier involves the chat technology, we will review the issue and work with the service provider as appropriate.
Accessible Formats and Communication Supports
On request, we will provide or arrange for accessible formats and communication supports for information and services within our responsibility.
We will consult with you to determine your accessibility needs and provide an appropriate format or support in a timely manner. There will be no additional cost beyond any regular charge for the information or service.
This accessibility statement is also available in an accessible format on request.

Temporary Service Disruptions
If a temporary disruption affects a service or feature that people with disabilities rely on, we will provide notice as required and as soon as reasonably possible.
The notice will explain the reason for the disruption, its expected duration if known, and any available alternative arrangements.
External Websites
Our website may link to manufacturer websites and other independently operated resources. We do not control the accessibility of those websites.
If a linked resource creates a barrier to obtaining information about our products or services, please contact us. We will work with you to find an accessible way to provide the relevant information within our responsibility.
Ongoing Improvement
We will consider accessibility when reviewing website changes, publishing content and evaluating tools used to deliver our online services.
Feedback from customers and visitors helps guide these improvements. We will update this statement as our services and accessibility practices evolve.
